CEDAR FALLS, Iowa—No. 1-ranked North Dakota State scored 28 points in the fourth quarter to rally for a 56-31 victory against No. 22-ranked Northern Iowa on Saturday in Missouri Valley Football Conference play at the UNI-Dome.

The Bison finished with more than 500 yards.
