FARGO—Lululemon has relocated to a space in West Acres' JCPenney wing while its location near the food court undergoes work.

According to Alissa Adams, West Acres' senior vice president of marketing and business, the initial lease with lululemon was for a temporary location.

"They've had such success in their current location that they're already doing the full build-out of that space as their permanent location," Adams said in an email this week.

The store, the first in North Dakota, opened Nov. 17, 2017.

According to the city of Fargo, lululemon has taken out a $150,000 building permit for the work.

A grand re-opening is planned this fall.
