Discovery Benefits Promotes Five

(Fargo, N.D.) - Due to growth, Discovery Benefits has promoted five employees to new roles with the company.

Jacob Brannan was promoted to supervisor of COBRA service coordinators. He joined Discovery Benefits in 2016 as a COBRA account specialist and most recently worked as a senior solution specialist. Brannan earned his bachelors degree from North Dakota State University.

Brenda LeNoue was promoted to supervisor of benefits service coordinators. She joined Discovery Benefits in 2004 as a benefits account manager and most recently worked as a solution analyst. LeNoue earned her bachelors degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Joe Britton was promoted to service coordinators team lead. He joined Discovery Benefits in 2016 as a benefits account specialist and most recently worked as a senior solution specialist. Britton earned his bachelors degree in business management from Northern State University.

Alyssa Brown and Dakotah Walker were promoted to integration analysts.

Brown started at Discovery Benefits in 2016 as a COBRA operations specialist and most recently worked as a carrier operations specialist. She has three years of customer service experience.

Walker joined Discovery Benefits in 2016 as a participant services specialist and most recently worked as a carrier operations specialist. He has six years of customer service experience.
